Instagram and Facebook follow as soon as Meta grants the required permission. For personal LinkedIn profiles, LinkedIn does not release comments at all – not to us, not to any other provider.

SocialCommander ships the necessary tools: on request every post is published only after human approval – by click in the app or via an email link that shows the complete post. Every review is logged in an audit trail (who, when, which content) and can be exported as CSV. AI texts can carry an automatic disclosure, AI images are labelled. Both are optional: you decide per client what is active.
Yes. You invite colleagues by email – every person gets their own login, passwords are never shared. Signing in with a Microsoft or Google account works too. Two roles: administrators manage accounts, plan and brand, members create and schedule posts. The number of seats depends on the plan (Starter 1, Pro 3, Agency 10).
The self-service plans can be cancelled monthly. The managed service has a three-month minimum term — a fair ramp-up for the editorial plan — and can be cancelled monthly afterwards with four weeks’ notice to the end of the month.
That is normal and not an error: with SEPA direct debit, the bank only gives final confirmation after up to six banking days — that is how the SEPA scheme works. Your access is activated immediately anyway, so there is nothing to wait for. If you prefer instant confirmation, pay by credit card.
