What is SocialCommander?

SocialCommander is a platform that lets you plan, create and publish social media posts from one place – for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok and the Google Business Profile. On request, we manage your channels entirely for you (managed service).

How do I connect an account?

Open „Accounts“ and click „Connect“. You are redirected to the official login of the respective platform and confirm the permissions there. We only store the access tokens you authorize – we never see your platform password.

How do I schedule a post?

Under „Create post“ you write your text (or have it generated by AI), add images or videos, choose the target channels and the publishing time. The post is then published automatically at the scheduled time.

What does „optimal time“ mean?

SocialCommander suggests time windows in which your audience is particularly active. Public holidays are taken into account automatically.

Which AI features are available?

You can have captions, hashtags and carousel content suggested by AI. You simply provide a topic – the AI does the rest, matching your brand.

Where is my data stored?

The Service runs on servers in Germany. SocialCommander is GDPR-compliant. Details can be found in our Privacy Policy.

How do I disconnect an account or delete my data?

Under „Accounts“ you can disconnect any connection at any time – the associated access tokens are then deleted. You can delete your entire user account including data in the settings or by email to [email protected].

What does SocialCommander cost?

There are self-service plans (from €29/month, 14 days free – self-service launching soon) as well as managed packages from €399/month, where our team takes care of everything (available now). Get in touch for a suitable offer.
